Movemotion is a Nairobi-based creative lab focused on 3D character design, motion systems, and real-time production. We work where technical precision and artistic intent are the same thing,where craft is the strategy, not just the execution.
The studio was built on the foundation of real-world impact. Our work spans sign language avatar systems that serve the Deaf community, production characters for live platforms, and motion pipelines that process thousands of recordings with documented accuracy.
We take on a small number of projects at a time. Every one gets the full lab.

Full mocap pipeline from capture through retargeting and cleanup. Multi-system capable,OptiTrack, Manus, XSens, and video-to-mocap tools. Specialist accuracy for sign language and accessibility applications.
Real-Time Production
Cinematic real-time scenes and interactive environments in Unreal Engine 5,built via the iClone → UE5 pipeline for broadcast-ready output with performance-grade fidelity.
Sign Language Systems
Culturally validated sign language avatar development,designed with and tested by the Deaf community. The studio has delivered systems used by thousands of people on live platforms across Africa.
Pipeline Development
Multi-software 3D production pipelines for studios and production teams. We architect efficient workflows across Blender, iClone, UE5, and motion capture systems,built for scale and repeatability.
